  • The design process begins with our team getting to know what your dream day will look like for you and your partner. We will provide you a full questionnaire to fill out before our design call. I will then review and look over some inspirational photos that you have saved and elaborate from there. Our design boards are about 7-8 pages long and encompass details for each aspect of your wedding such as your ceremony, cocktail hour, signage, initial floor plan, plates, napkins etc., so you can have a clearer picture of what everything will look like on your wedding day. This is one of my favorite elements of the wedding planning process. All the Pinterest boards you have been planning, begin to come to life and we get to collaborate to decide on the designs that will tell your love story.

  • At this time, no but we are open to providing month of coordination or partial service coordination. We do require a full consultation beforehand to see if we are a good fit for you and you would be required to book from our stellar team of vendor partners.

  • Each wedding fee depends on a variety of factors such as location, scope and day of events, guest count, etc., and from there I will create a custom price for you. Inquire today to set up a consultation. No budget is too big or too small to work with us.

  • We will work with your vendors that you would like to book and generate a contract and answer any questions you may have about the proposal and/or contracts. You will pay each vendor directly so there is full transparency with costs and pricing. The only vendors that we collect payment for are rentals, tabletop items, napkins, etc. basically anything that makes your wedding look pretty - we will invoice for since we set and breakdown each item. Plus we source all of these items from at least 5-10 different vendors so it's easier for us to manage.

  • Absolutely not! We take pride in providing full transparency to our clients and do not take a commission from our valued vendor partners. This is a common practice with some wedding planning companies, but not with us.

  • Honestly, we are completely open to whatever works for you. We do have office hours for phone calls but either than that email, phone, or text works! We are here for you, and ready at all times to answer any and all questions.

  • Our attention to detail is unlike any other. We have designed this process so that it is as seamless and organized as possible. Most importantly, we actually really care about our clients and their wedding! You would not be "just another wedding" with Opihi Love, we will get to know each other and work together to create your perfect wedding day!

  • It depends on each wedding and the scope of the event, but on average we have 15-20 weddings per year.

  • Always always always have a Plan B. Throughout the entire process, my team and I work to make your dream come to life, and we do not take this lightly. I find that knowing my clients trust me, that I will be able to execute their wedding and make the best decisions on their behalf, helps with keeping calm under pressure!
